Trouble Reporting an Algebra Error

I was taking the unit exam for Solving Basic Equations and Inequalities (it's the end of the second unit when you view all Algebra courses). The question had a mistake but I couldn't see how to send a report or flag it. I mostly use the Android mobile app but it's not on my desktop either. Since the questions change with each test, is there a way to communicate when the answer is wrong? (You can't master the subject without a 100%, so I just wrote down the wrong answer that it marked right so I could pass). Is there a way to give feedback on wrong answers?
