Folders? Grouping?

Hi dthompson, Do you mean group the assessments in unit folders other than the unit folders they are already in? (See image below.) Open up one of your classes on your Coach's Dashboard. Then "Add a course to create assignments". You should then see the units for the course. Click on the down arrow next to the unit title to see the section titles. Each unit as a pre-test and end-test. Each section has a quiz. You can assign these assessment and see the results on the assessment page. Or, if you are doing a more independent study for your course, you can check results for the class and individual students un track Progress tab. 

To add on to Catherine's response, there is not currently a way to create your own folders or assignment groupings. The best way to prevent students from working too far ahead is to save assignments rather than posting them. This will allow you to quickly assign things at a later date, but the assignments will not yet be visible to the students.

How do you change the title of the assignments?

It is not currently possible to change the names of the assignments. The name of the assignment will always match the name of the content that was assigned.

If you're looking to change the order of assignments, perhaps you could take advantage of the fact that they're sorted by due date? If you use slightly different due times for each assignment, you can control which order they appear in.
