How do you report a user for ban evasion?

If you come across anything like this in the future, the best course of action is to flag the problematic posts or programs. If there is something concerning about a user's account or profile information, then you are encouraged to submit a support ticket.

Ban evasion is where a banned user creates a new account to get around a restriction. You can generally tell if someone is banned if all of their discussions and programs are deleted, so if a new account is created that claims to be one of those banned users, they are a ban evader.
