Adding a New Score to Personalize Practice

I've already connected khan academy to my PSAT score and I've taken the SAT. I would like to change the personalized plan to adjust to my new SAT score and disconnect from the PSAT one. I've checked in setting on Khan Academy, but I don't see an option to disconnect from College Board to reconnect with my new score.
