Number of minutes child working not correctly reflected

Hi! The number of minutes my child is working on Khan is not reflecting on my view of his account. I know he is correctly completing problems because I coach him on harder ones. Anyone else have this issue? Thank you!

I am having the same problem! Both of my sons have been working through math. I am logged on as a student as well. Our time on the site is NOT showing up correctly on the parent dashboard. Please help. I think it a major problem for Khan that using it as a parent is so complicated.
