I have being practicing my grammar, and I was hoping someone would tell if I did anything incorrect with the following paragraph.

Good evening Ms. Mona Fields,

I am following up on your invitation to interview for a position with Ernst & Young LLP. I can meet with Mr. George Rivera and Ms. Kathleen Carney any time that is convenient for them on Friday February 10th. Please let me know what time works best for their schedule, and I will be there. Please reply with the address where the interview will be held. I look forward to learning more about the employment opportunities with Ernst & Young LLP.

It is a formal context, so, use the proper language.
