Whole number subtracted from a fraction

Help! I'm stuck and I'm not sure which video can help me. I'm working with equations with variables on both sides of equation with fractions and decimals involved. Here's one that's giving me trouble. 12-1/5r=2r+1. I go to move my variable to one side and keep getting it wrong. When I use the "hint" option it shows 11/5r+12=1. I am NOT understanding how they arrive at 11/5r. I'm not sure how they got that value and it doesn't break it down any further than that. Can someone tell me where to look or show me what I'm missing here? Thanks
