As in the title. I have 2 children and one account has an option to edit settings, the other does not.

I found such a problem reported and the answer was to submit a ticket - how can I submit a ticket about this problem?

Hi rgarbacz,

If your child is older than the age of 13, you may not be able to edit their settings—they should be able to edit their own settings.

If your child is under the age of 13 and you are unable to edit their settings, you can submit a support ticket using this link: https://support.khanacademy.org/hc/en-us/requests/new. Attaching screenshots of what you are seeing on your end may be beneficial for the support team to help determine what may be the issue.
