Good morning Khan Academy users help team

Recently, I have shared a link that give access to my khan Academy account. And I would like to change the view or the link format that was giving access to other people without my consent. How do I make that ? Is it possible to change the link format every time we want and prevent it from easily accessible to the people we shared before ? Your reply would possibly help in any account like this. Secondly, how do we get in touch with instructors, tutors or volunteers at Khan Academy when we encounter challenges and remain unsolved for some days ?

Hi Samsonne,

Can you explain what you mean by "I have shared a link that give access to my khan Academy account"? Sharing a link alone (to any page on the website) should not give other users access to modify your account unless you are already logged in on the device that they are using.

If you're wanting to make your profile private, then the only way to do this is to change the birthdate on your account so that you are under 13, which requires you to have a private profile. You can do this via your account settings.

There's not a way to ask questions directly to the course creators (they don't have the work capacity to answer all the questions they would receive), but you can ask questions to other members of the Khan Academy community! Thank you for your response. To let them see my profile and progress, I shared the link of my account that shows badge and other details. I want block them if they want to acess again by making the previous link in valid or make it like username or account doesn't exist. It thought it was a school, but a commercial group .Thank you !

If you're not wanting anyone to be able to see your profile, then I suggest changing your account to a child account. To do this, you will need to go to your Account Settings and then change your birthdate so that you are under 13.
