changing the email for my child's account for him to access on his own through gmail
Hey Parents, My child no longer has access to the gmail account that he used to log in to his student account through google on his iPad. We have a new gmail account for him, but cannot figure out where to change it either on his student profile or my parent account. We don't have the password for the old gmail so it is useless to us. The only email that says is connected to it is mine - the parent account. I can't let him lose the entire year's progress on his math curriculum, but I also need him to be able to sign in from his own devices to HIS account. Help! This shouldn't be that hard. Is there a place to do this through my parent account? If we try and use his new gmail account, it sets it up like a brand new profile and he would have to start over. Super frustrated that I can't call some kind of tech support about this. Would be grateful for any help. Thanks!
