Hello. My Khan Academy account says I've been on Khan Academy for one year:
Unfortunately, I didn't get the Cypress badge yet. The Cypress badge requires you to be on Khan Academy for one year to earn it:
Is this some sort of glitch? If so can you fix it please. This is the last badge I need until I finally complete all the Meteorite badges.
Hi Winter,
The "Date joined" in the Showcase rounds to the nearest year after a certain point, so even though it says that you joined "a year ago", it may not actually have been a year yet.
The Cypress badge checks that your account is exactly one year old (or older) in order for it to be awarded to you. I'm seeing that your account was created on Feb. 16, 2021, so you should be eligible to receive the badge after Feb. 16, 2022.
