I am wondering if the order of terms in your “solution” matters. I am getting the correct combined terms, but they’re hardly ever in the same order as my answer key. EXAMPLE: 6Y+4 +2x(15) +x My answer is 6Y+4+31x In my answer key it says 6Y+31x+4 I allways get the correct terms,but they’re in a mixed up order every time. Am I doing something wrong or does the order not matter? Please help

I don't know if this has been emphasized in any of the courses, but in my experience, the constant term (the one with no X or Y) goes at the end. In fact, usually the X term comes before the Y term, but perhaps the expected answer in this case puts the letter that came first in the problem as the first term in the answer.

The next time you get a problem like this, I suggest that you put the constant at the end.
