I really wish that the Health and Medicine course had quizzes and exercises because I think having them would really help me learn. Practicing the material through quizzes makes it easier to understand and remember, and it helps me see which topics I need to spend more time on. Regular exercises would make the learning experience more interactive and effective, and they would give students a better chance to apply what they’ve studied in a practical way.

Well, the Health and Medicine Course does have some exercises. It’s just that there is so, so much to learn, a great deal being just plain memorization.

I don’t think KA’s mastery‑based learning built around skills is particularly suited for that. You need spaced repetition. You need more granular testing.

If you’re more than medi‑curious, I recommend creating proper flashcards. There are also computer programs like Anki for that. Users have shared their decks, so you don’t necessarily have to prepare everything from scratch.
