HINT code not showing on KACP JS Challenges

Hi AD Baker. How do you open a ticket? My students and I all clicked "Report a problem" but the hint codes are still not working they were last school year.

After you click "Report a Problem," in the "What are you contacting us for?" droplist, select "I'm experiencing a technical issue with an area of Khan Academy."  A set of text boxes will appear.

Supply your email address, a subject (like "HINT codes missing"), and a description (describe where your students are seeing the issue; use as much detail as possible). For the "What is your technical issue about?" droplist, select "Exercise Issue"

Provide your name and decide whether you consent to KA's technical staff using your account for troubleshooting (you are not obligated to allow this if you don't want to).  Let KA know your role, the type of device you are using, and the type of browser you are using (or whether you use the KA app).  Include a link to a page on which the students are experiencing the issue and any screenshots or attachments you may have (again, you are not obligated).  Then click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

Once you submit your information, you will receive an email from the KA staff, acknowledging your submission.  They may ask you additional questions and/or give you a status.

If your students are comfortable sharing their email addresses, I would encourage as many to submit a report as possible.  The more information the KA staff has, the better they will be able to address the issue.

I am so sorry.  When I was referring to "Report a Problem," I mean in the Community Support section, not in the lessons.
