Can you delete a learner's activity/mastery data?

Hi! I have been coaching two students from same household, different grades. Parent set them up in Khan on same profile, but in my coaching account, the one profile was in two separate classes. Worked on my end. On their end, they had the two classes as separate menu items, so it worked there too. Now I've realized their progress is entangled, and I can't see their separate mastery data. I asked parent to set up new account for one child, which parent did. Then I deleted all that child's assignments from the entangled profile (hoping this would remove it from the activity log and mastery data), and removed the old profile from their class, since they now have a new profile in their class. However, all their mastery data is still hanging out in the other (younger) child's profile. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately I'm afraid there's not a way to delete specific account activity or mastery progress. I know this would definitely be a useful feature for some users, but I also know the Khan Academy team has been hesitant to implement this in order to prevent accidental data/progress loss.

The only way to remove the data would be to create a new account for the younger child as well, but this would cause all of their progress to be lost.

Depending on what data you're trying to look at for the student, you may be able to use the filters on the individual student activity report to view only their activity. To do this, you can assign a mastery goal for the course that the child is working on via the "Placement" tab in your class. Then, on the individual student activity report you can change the "All content" dropdown to "Course mastery goals" to only view activities that the student completed within the courses that have mastery goals assigned.
