Parent account shows no progress on my child's account.

Same thing is happening to us with my boy's 2nd grade math. He has been working on my account for almost 2 months and only now do I realize no progress is being recorded (although I do see it in the lessons). I just realized it was under my name, not his.

Please help!

If your child is missing progress, it's generally because of one of two issues:

1. Make sure your child is logged in. In order for progress to be saved and recorded, you have to be logged into an account. Sometimes students complete work without being logged in, which results in missing progress. Always make sure that they see their name in the top right corner before completing any of the videos or exercises.

2. Make sure the child is logging into their own account and not your parent account. If you're seeing activity on the Progress tab in your account, but not on your child's, then it's likely that they've been using your account instead of your own. If this is the case, I'm afraid that it's not possible to transfer the progress to their own account. They can either redo or skip over the content that they completed on your account.

Hi, it's seems that I am in the case two. But in France, children do not have the right to have an email account or let say that I don't want that they get at their early age an email address,so my children and the parent have been registered with the same parental email adress. How to login with my children account if for logging in it is only possible using the email and not the nickname ? So I am always logged in with the parental account. I do see my children in the dashboard. The progress is seen in the parent account instead of children ones.
