Making up for missing points

The Overall Mastery has to do with the number of skills mastered, not the number/percentage of quiz questions answered.  Re-taking the quiz and completing the Unit Test should result in 100% Overall Mastery.

Like AD Baker said, he'll need to score 100% on the unit test in order to achieve 100% overall in the unit.

Thank you for your responses. He did score 100% on the unit test and is still at 98% in the unit. Should I reassign the test?

Ah okay, in that case he must have missed a question on a previous exercise or quiz, so when he took the unit test one of the skills wasn't already at the "Proficient" level. Upon completing the test, whichever skill that was at "Familiar" was leveled up from "Familiar" to "Proficient", instead of leveling it up from "Proficient" to "Mastered".

To get to 100% unit mastery he'll just need to take the unit test again and answer all of the questions correctly. You can reassign if you want, but he'll still be able to re-take the test and achieve 100% unit mastery without being reassigned the test.
