I'm having trouble linking my son's account to my account so that I can keep track of his progress. He's under 13 so I can't edit his information like e mail, gender, anything. My email is on there, but it's blacked out. I can't click on it to put me as a coach or teacher. I can't add him onto my profile. My email is on his settings page, but it is not giving me any options to do anything when I am logged into his profile. Am I supposed to get some sort of e mail? Is there a technical issue going on here?

My first recommendation would be to take a look at these two posts from previous users who had a similar issue. The first post is a how-to guide for linking your child's account, and the second post goes into a bit more detail. They can be found here and here.

If neither of those posts serves as any help for you, my next recommendation would be to fill out a ticket for the support team. You can fill out a ticket here. Remember when filling out a ticket to be as descriptive as possible and give details of the issue. Anything that might help the support team with the issue. There's also a section for you to include screenshots if you think there's something they should see.
