Support ticket feedback
Hi all,
Over the years that I've created support tickets, I've received an email after each ticket is closed that says this:

That is fine and everything, and there is a space for additional comments but I would like to see something more than "Good" and "Bad". I would like to see more levels of satisfaction available. Even just inserting one more level in there - neutral - would be better. Ideally, there would be a five star level for the user to choose how satisfied they were, going something like this:

Maybe have a short description of what each of the levels might entail.
Anyone who reads this, think about it, and tell me your thoughts on this.
