Although Khan Academy does not yet have an official evaluations counter, I know of two ways to find the backlog that might help you.
This webpage is great for both figuring out the backlog and the number of programming projects left in the queue. Click the "Toggle Get More" button and load the entire queue. The total number will tell you how many projects are left, and clicking on one of the oldest projects and then looking at the date it was created/edited will give you a decently good estimate of the backlog.
If you want a faster and more accurate way to find the backlog, then this webpage will help you. The average wait time (backlog) is displayed on the home page; scroll down to see it. It automatically updates according to the Khan Academy API.

Long time, no see :D! However, I think that they were asking how to see how many evaluations they had done, not the current evaluate evaluation backlog.
So, I shall answer that question, just in case.
There actually is an evaluation counter, and it's easy to access. Go to your profile here and look around until you find what I have circled boldly:
