Attempting to View Child's Progress - No Information Available

I am so sorry as I understand how frustrating this can be! When progress is not correctly registered in an account, this is usually because:

• The progress was completed in a different account: this is quite common, especially as children accidentally log in their parent's accounts and complete work there instead of in their accounts. Or, simply, when the user does not log in at all, what makes impossible for the progress to be registered.
• The user was navigating on different tabs: time navigating on other tabs besides Khan Academy may not count as progress time in the reports, even when the videos are playing.
• The user was navigating on non-learning parts of the site: if you are browsing through your settings or the forums, for example, this time may not be counted as well.
• The user was using an outdated app version: if you are working in an outdated version of our app, the time won't be registered on our system. If you are indeed using the Khan Academy app, what version is it?

One of my two sons is having the same problem now. My other son is not experiencing the problem. They are both using firefox on two different computers (but otherwise identically configured). This only started happening this past week. Is there something that is necessary for time tracking to work correctly?
