Can Guardians see flagger information?

While I'm not a guardian, I suspect you can, because in your discussion there's a little "flags raised", and I think those only count helpful ones. They'd need to know what to give to who.

Yes, we can see who flagged a discussion post/program in case we need to contact the user for more information or for instances where users may be abusing the flagging system.
