Students work not appearing when I check the "Scores" category.

This is happening to me as well. It started with two kids, but now is happening to many more. It also seems to happen to some kids sometimes, but not other times. Very random. Anybody figure this out?

Middle school math checking in here.  Exactly the same issue.

Out of 78 students, about 5 had the same issue today. 

Yes, I have experienced the same issue. Any ideas on how to fix this for those students? 

For some, I have found they have two different emails. Deleting one has cleared up the problem. For about 3 others, if they rejoined the class, the issue was resolved. However, I have one student who has rejoined the class twice and I've deleted all emails and added him back, but it hasn't worked. He gets the notifications, he can see the assignments, I don't see his work, but he sends me his summary page with the work marked completed. It makes no sense.

I assign work to my students, they can see it and complete it. I don't see the assignments until days later.

How do I get to categories.

We see this kind of situation fairly frequently, and it could be due to a few scenarios. If you don’t mind, could you please verify the following:

• Your students are completing the assignments while logged into the accounts that are connected to your teacher account. You can verify their account credentials from your dashboard directly if need be.

• Your students are only completing the assignments after they have been assigned. If they complete assignments before having them assigned, they will not be reflected in your Teacher Dashboard.

• Your students are completing the assignments that have been assigned to them. To check if assignments have been assigned to all students, please visit the Manage tab on your class settings.

If this does not resolve the issue, could you please submit a support ticket for this issue? This will allow the support team to look into your account to see why it is not recording progress
