If you haven't already, try clicking the "Check for new badges and avatars" button underneath your badges showcase:
This can sometimes trigger the system into awarding you the badge if you should have received it.
If you still have not received the badge, please fill out a support ticket so a support agent can manually award you the badge. Please be sure to include the username of the account, the name of the badge you should have received, screenshots showing that you have not received the badge, and screenshots showing that you have completed the requirements for that badge.
