Cannot Delete My School Account

If I remember correctly, student and child accounts can only be deleted from the parent account (the main account that the child or student account was made under).  If it's saying you need "Parent Permission", then this sounds like this is the case.  If you know the parent account, login to it.

Click on your name in the upper right corner and click on Parent Dashboard. If the student account is listed, click "View summary and settings".  Then click "View settings".

From the settings page, scroll down, and you can delete the account.

To add onto Elijah's answer, if you have joined your teacher's class, your teacher should be able to modify your account settings (including your display name).
