Browsing safety and data privacy

Hi everybody.

I think a great new course would be about brosing the internet in a safe manner and talking about the privacy right we all deserve.
Today you can find dozens of computation, programming or internet usage courses, however not many of those talk about data protection, browsers, privacy online and security for a non computer expert.
I'm participating in a university project about privacy and anonimity tools and I'm involved in the Tor project, which also helps this purpose.
I'll be able to fully participate in the content of this course if approved (I speak spanish and english, so I can do it in both languages).
Hope we can create awesome thing together.
