Wrong Answer Confusion? Coefficients

Love the videos, learning more than I ever did w/ a horrible Math/Algebra teacher in school. Feeling like I might learn to like Algebra, Calculus and Trig again--after watching several about Variables, Expressions, Terms, Constants, Factors and Coefficients..
However! I was prompted w/ two questions, first was to identify the coefficient (did so successfully) - Yay me -- now, for the 2nd one, I thought I answered it correctly, yet it generated a wrong result... Confused/feeling like - "what tha' heck?" I clicked on the 'Explain' option... and here's how it broke it down... After reading the break-down, and taking the verbiage for it's literal meaning - it appears I AM correct but yet was given a red "x"....
(having flash-backs from Algebra and school and feeling like I may hate it again... =-( Anyway, can someone explain after looking at this screen-shot? IF there are 2 terms and EACH of those 2 terms contains 2 factors then 2 for the first term and 2 for the second term ='s 4 hence, my answer appears correct... Am I missing something or is the verbiage just mis-written or confusing? Thanks, C.
