Reviewing Practice Exams

It would be great if we could go back to review our practice exams, rather than having to review them right after we take them and then never getting access to them again. Maybe I'm missing how to do that, but perhaps it should be more obvious to the user how we can go back and look at the old tests we've taken to see progress, patterns, etc.
