Add a timer to all the practice sessions.

If the developers of Khan Academy think this is a worthwhile suggestion, please make it optional! I am an adult learner who does not want or need to be timed. And as always, please make the option to turn off the timer available on the apps platform (assuming the timer is made available there, too) on Day 1 of its availability on the web version. Thanks.
