iOS App on ipad chooses finger pad on screen rather than in-keyboard
short story, it wants me to answer assignments using my finger instead of the keyboard ipads have, and its very inaccurate, how to remove that?

I agree, sometimes I have my kids log onto the website instead of using the iPad app because even I can’t get the handwriting recognition to work. Handwriting recognition is a really cool feature, but there needs to be a button to back and forth between that and an onscreen keyboard, because sometimes we spend an inordinate amount of time trying to write in the solution and it just won’t get it.
I would rather use either my device’s keyboard or the pop-up keyboard that the web site has instead of the handwriting recognition tool. The technology to use the pop-up keyboard is there for my iPad because that’s what I get for review problems in articles (worksheets).
