What's the difference between the economics courses?

There are 6 economics courses, some with repeated names (Macroeconomics x AP/College Macroeconomics). I'm confused by this. Which one is the most complete? AP seems to have more questions(?) but I'm clueless as to what purpose each course is aimed at.
