This tiny, tiny exhibit doesn't even begin to describe the occassions of "butchered flow" of sequence...

HAPPENED AGAIN! AFTER writing all the above. I finally squared with

completion of Algebra Basics in Step 2 some days ago (though I had gotten lost for over half a day per above), then went on to Algebra I in step 2. Some days into it, coursing foward by clicking the link at the bottom of any series, I come back out to my machine this morning, taking it out of hibernation, then notice that the video I'm resuming shows an "NCERT 6th Grade" as its point of origin. Worry me again! I've got to put this damn train track jumping hole down. The video I was resuming on, actually an exercise ensconced in the series - they're just like vids as to the series - was called exactly "Interpreting linear expressions" - verbatim including case. To assess the size of this new track jump disaster, I open a new browser and click through each series Under Algebra I shown in step 2, starting at the very beginning, then just clicking them one by one to see where (now IF) I land on "Interpreting linear expressions."

It appears gone. Something jumped my train, causing a[nother] - funny? - major derail. Espec. of all the time that's being

wasted (beguiled?) by this.

I think this Academy - if truly sincere about getting us taught by a reliable train being available - should give itself a VERY drastic kick in the rear about it. This is tantamount to a mock and  waste of establishing a routine and discipline which is a precious root of learning, mocking one further for the time  one has wasted trying to sort something that will derail itself regularly instead.

Someone doing this deliberately? It's like running into a "hallucinogen Mickey" now regularly in the screen that just wipes you TOTALLY away.  I can picture some types

thinking like that. B. Cosby dat u? Why? We "find out now," if we do. Please take your bedroll down to Madoff's cell and join him! Takes all kinds. 

IE, a scientist will consider all possibilities until solved. Getting to be a total nuisance-burn, this blow-away.

Sal, NOT just "collection"; rather, 1/2 collection, 1/2 sequence. You've got the potpourii ("collection") part, and each vid is good - in fact very good - but if getting the right education is unworkable by this other pure trash?

oh, whoop, sure enough; in this one particular case, I've taken 2 hours now and I finally notice "Interpreting linear expressions" ensconced in Algebra I - TWO HOURS to find it. This is all about - biting my nails - I absolutely now had to make sure  we're ontrack; espec., not skipping a step (=videos and exercises) in the highest potential for the most solid foundation. As you see, that "NCERT 6th Grade" point-of-origin loop showing up suddenly attached to my  train is unacceptable.  When my machine came out of hibernation this morning there was no way I could loop back, click on anything, from "Interpreting linear expressions" to note I was still ontrack in Algebra I. It kept suggesting I was now derailed to some 6th grade train. I had earlier taken the entire 6th grade, too, so I knew this as

worrisome. I don't want to see some "NCERT 6th Grade"; show me the one I picked (Algebra I), so I can know by it where I am. Evidence of being in Algebra I could not

be conjured anywhere...from the video resume out of hibernation. (c:\windows\system32\shutdown /h) is very handy for resuming the workload, so you don't waste 30 minutes to an hour loading where you left off previously with your usual 10 documents open.)

You should set up some way to delete a post altogether. Unable to make this "posting-frame" disappear, tho I can delete all content.

Update: I MAY be (said MAY) discovering something.

For months had been doing a "Copy Shortcut" as in the snippet below. I would then paste it into a manila folder dedicated to Khan Math, sorted by Most Recent at the top. Then, an average of 1+ reboots a day on my machine, I could just click this shortcut on to resume - discovered HAD TO BE the shortcut only - if you "Paste" only from this "Copy Shortcut" the selection would not resume me/one, would not do anything; you had to "Paste Shortcut" only.

Anyway, doing this now for about 7 months, I've become aware now and then it would ask me if I "Do you want to copy and replace?" I go huh?, but allow it.

Turns out - months to discover - there are a tiny, tiny few different videos ensconced among and between all the by-grade or by-subjects

method......THAT HAVE THE EXACT SAME NAME! oh noe!

And yes, after 7 months of getting beaten to a derail pulp, it looks like

this copy/replace MAY have pasted in the name, but allowed the URL from the 1st instance to BE THE ONE. ??

Doesn't make any sense that it should do this, as I'm literally trying to paste in the whole puppy I'm on, URL and all. EG., if I was currently coursing by subjects, and this old URL was in 8th grade somewhere, it

would physically fling me back into 8th grade - lose my entire train in Algebra II eg. You would just go sequencing (read: wandering) through the series of the 8th grade now for good - permantly losing your Algebra II sequencing.  Rather chilling how deceptive this thing is.

Still trying to determine with certainty whether this has been the source of any or all derails.... I'm giving it a 50% probability, at least, at this point. May check back in when/if determine it for sure.

One such duplicate name I found was "Variables, expressions, & equations." It's  the exact-to-the-last-character same name for 1 video in Algebra I and another video - I think 6th grade - don't quote me  on which grade - one  of the  grades K-12.

(BTW, you need to get that absolutely pestering with-every-video-loaded, "Was this vid helpul?" - get it off the

work area.)
