Fonts for dyslexic people

Background: I'm severely dyslexic and struggle to process information on this site, and I  often times get answers wrong purely because of the font.

I would love to see an option to include fonts made for dyslexic people so we don't have to struggle. Having the option to easily switch between regular font and font specifically made for dyslexics would be tremendously helpful for the community of dyslexics, it would also  help us dyslexics learn at a faster pace and get less frustrated
