I created my class list and put in a username and password but cannot seem to sign on as a student to see if it will work!

Are you able to provide any more information? Is the username/password combination not working or does it keep logging you in under your teacher account?

the username/password combination is not working. I went in and set up the accounts with username and passwords and I thought students could just log in and be part of the class but it keeps saying the username/password is invalid.

I received a response from a team member today asking for more information about how you went about trying to log in. 

Would you mind explaining how exactly are you trying to log in? - keep in mind that if you're using Google Sign In, it will not use the username nor the password you've created for the student accounts. 

If you can provide me a screenshot of how you're logging in it would be great!

I am having the same problem for my child. She uses a chrome book laptop. She uses google chrome as her browser. When we go to her khan login page, it has the option for gmail greyed out and the option part where we can just enter her student username and password which is what she's been using. I don't know if something changed, but now when we enter her student username and password, it says what we entered is invalid and the log in button is also greyed out.
