How to know if you can use calculator on SAT Math portion?

Hi, relatively new to Khan Academy for the SAT prep thing. I connected myself to college board and am doing the problems that it recommends for math, but I cannot figure out if they are from the calculator or no calculator portion, so when I try to do some of the bigger multiplication problems I end up getting it wrong since its on the grid problems. I would just like to know if I am supposed to not use a calculator at all for that portion of the math or if I can just use my own.
