I'm planning to take physics, chemistry, biology classes at KHANACADEMY.
I'm trying to make a study plan.
So I want to know how long each subject would take to finish.
Does KHANACADEMY show the total amount of video playing hours of each subject or, at least, the amount of minutes each short video takes indicated next to every links to video clips?
I figure that the information would help me make weekly and monthly plans ahead.

KA doesn't tell you the total amount of video time, but it does tell you the number of videos. When you go to the physics section for example, it tells you the number of videos in each section. You could use this to find the total number of videos for each subject and then make a plan based on the number of videos instead of the time.
I, too, would like to make a study plan to estimate the hours needed to achieve my goals. Adding up the numbers/minutes of videos is not the same thing as the number of hours needed to complete a particular course, right? There's work involved! (I tend to skip around the videos a lot, anyway.) I hope Khan Academy will consider providing this sort of guidance soon.
I also think that Khan Academy should show, at least somewhere on the site, how much video time each session has. This could be very useful for organizational matters. Since I am a self-learner, knowing the duration of vids will allow me to make a more realistic schedule and achieving those goals, which in turn will give me a sense of completion and personal satisfaction which I think it's important to have with this kind of learning methodology (BADGES don't work for me). Moreover, making this information available will allow me to merge the learning process in Khan Academy with the other MOOCs I am currently enrolled in and if i will, given a certain amount of free time (for example during a two week holiday), be able to finish a whole subject.
What Evan said about the count of videos used to be accurate, but even this useful feature has now been removed! I would also like to be able to see a time displayed next to each video title (and of course, in the app versions as well as on the web version).

@ReginaLitman MOOCs are Massive Open Online Courses offered by several Khan Academy-like platforms like edx.com or coursera.com. Courses range from mathematics to social sciences or DIY projects. You should check them. Most of the courses, if not all, offered there are free with the option to pay for a verified certificate.

If you have android it is very simple. bookmark all sections of course you want. Download them. To make it easier, Plug in device to computer to view files, but this is not essential. Go to Internal Storage>Android>Data>org.khanacademy.android>files>Download. Select all .mp4 files and either right click and then click properties(windows) or click 3 dots on top right and click details. This will tell you the size in MB or GB of the video content. By majority, 1 MB of video =694.79166 Seconds on khan academy, though this can slightly vary depending on the quality of the video. 1 GB = either 1000 MB or 1024 MB- depending on context. Multiply the number of MB you see by 694.79166 to tell you how many seconds of video there are, which can be divided by 360 to tell you how many hours there are.
I agree with you all. It would be such a basic thing to add video length to each video and a cumulative video course length to each course.
PLEASE, Khan Academy leadership.. consider doing this for all for your courses. It would make things so much easier for us home school families!

I would prefer it if Khan Academy had a feature including a calendar with deadlines, like some other online courses. You just put in your start date and completion date, and it would calculate your percentage and when you should get somewhere. I think this would be easier than having to calculate everything.
I can offer you some estimates based on my students; I have had 20 complete or mostly complete the Algebra I mission with an average of 72 hours of time spent, start to finish (min of 39 hours and max of 112 hours); then another 39 students have completed half to 2/3 completion or so in about 64 hours, further supporting the 70-75 hour estimate. The standard deviation is about 28 hours, though; so for 70% of people, anywhere from 44 to 100 hours. Obviously depends on your past training, and also on what tools you choose to have available (I encourage my students to use Excel for everything they can).
