I need to prepare Biology, Chemistry and Psychology for the Admission exam at the Maltese university. The level would be pretty much like an uk A-level.
Do you know if the college courses on Khan are good enough for those levels? Or I need to integrate extra topics?

As a user from the UK, I'd say Khan Academy's content is most wonderful for users with their difficulties, but it focuses on the core classes for mathematics in K-12 studies which doesn't accommodate the UK curriculum level.
I've accomplished my A-level standard but I'd recommend you check out the Khan Academy Medicine YouTube channel which could be quite helpful in your Psychology preparation at the Maltese university and alternative medical course.
You could perhaps do some researches on the undergraduate Psychology requirements that could be for your benefit.
