My students' projects are not showing as completed on my score sheet

I continue to see the same thing.  I explored this with a support ticket some time ago, and received a satisfactory explanation.  But the explanation notwithstanding, the problem persists.  Students are taking screen shots showing they have received the bonus points for having completed a video, but the green check mark never shows up.
