Hm, it looks like you have two if statements. You shouldn't need to add another if() - you can specify all the conditions inside a single if statement.

What it means is that the challenge can be completed using only one if statement, so the second you used is unnecessary.
Think about it. What are the three things you need to check?
1. The mouse's x position should be in the button.
2. The mouse's y position should be in the button.
3. The mouse should be clicked.
You are already checking for mouseIsClicked, so that's one done.
Because the button stretches across the width of the screen, you don't need to check for the y position being in the button — in other words, the cursor is always horizontally in the button. You just need to check if the button is in the top half of the screen. That can be checked by making sure the mouseX is less than 200.
