I was doing a test in grammar foreign plurals and I got the dinosaur question twice.
Is this a bug or did I run out of questions cause that was my second try at it, if it did run out of new questions something should prevent the site from using the exact same question twice in a test if this is the problem.

Some of the subjects do not quite have enough questions written yet, so it's possible that you may get the same question twice. We're always working on adding new content and practice exercises, so eventually more questions should be added to that exercise set to prevent this from happening.

Sorry for the late reply so i don't know if this has been fixed or not but using the test I said in the op there's at least more than 5 question that I know of (just tried it again) so i'm asking can this still happen even if the team adds more and more question, I don't know how the site and the tests are coded but i think more question wont fix the problem it'll lessen the chance for the issue due to adding more options but there's still the chance for the question to show up again in the same test.
So i think their should be a code that prevents reusing the same question in the same test for example (question 1 loads question A (Mark question A as used) then later question 4 loads question A (has A already been used? (yes)) question 4 loads again and get question E (has E already been used? (no)) question 4 stays the same.
Sorry if that's hard to read i don't know how to write codes or to simplify them make them easier to read.
