Add a highlighter feature on reading (especially SAT English)

That's interesting that the SAT (at least the digital SAT) allows highlighting now.  I don't remember being allowed to have highlighters when I took the PSAT and SAT back in the 1980s.  I don't even remember anyone suggesting it might help to mark in the test book -- or if we were told to not mark in the test book.
