Problem with the report a problem

I was doing a math quiz and got the question wrong. I was not sure what my mistake was and looked through the get help option that was given to me. I then realized my mistake and next time i had the same question I knew how to do the question. This time i did it correctly but still got the answer incorrect i then checked to review the steps again and found a typo. this typo had obviously affected the final answer as this was incorrect as well. I reported both problems but to do so i had to exit the quiz and re enter it. This is just a post to ask if a feature could be added to allow multiple options to be selected when reporting a problem.
