Add new content (Drawing and Foreign Language Courses)

That seems like a weird thing to have, because not all KA people who code will know foreign languages, and definitely drawing is out of the question, as you could just cheat via Ellipses and Rects and BezeirCurves, etc.. I see the ambition, as I am learning German, but it seems centered around your interests.
if you make one where it is more broad of a concept, then they might accept it.

KA staff frequently claim they don't have the staff to fix problems in the existing content in a timely manner (still waiting for minor transcript fixes I reported about 5 months ago).

I think it makes more sense for KA to stay focused on their existing core content than to branch out in completely new directions such as foreign languages and drawing.

I hope you are able to find other helpful apps such as DuoLingo.
