I can't change my nickname

This might have something to do with me changing my username, but I can't change my nickname. Whenever I try to, it changes for a second but then it changes back. I have no idea why this is happening. I tried logging out and logging back in to no avail. I can also change my bio without problems.

Edit: I found out that the font (€Ł€ĆŦŘƗĆ ĐØŁƤĦƗŇ) is what's causing this. I changed it to a normal font but now I can't change it back.

this is because since your nickname has a lot of different values and things in your name are not connecting the nickname system that Khan Academy has. For example, certain figures like € are not read as a letter and so when you add this to a part like the middle part of your nickname, once you save it a second later it will go back to normal.
