Algebra Number Issues

I tried to do some algebra today and found that the numbers needed to solve the problem in the questions are missing. The numbers are also missing in the hints and problem solving explanations. Later when one of my students tried to do their algebra they found the numbers missing on their's as well! This technical issue is really inconvenient for both of us so please help as soon as possible!

Hi Jazmin,

In my experience, this happens when the page doesn't fully load. Did you try using the app or a browser? Are there any blockers for code or pop-ups? Did you try switching to another method of accessing it?

The page was definitely fully loaded, but I didn't try a different method of accessing it yet.
