Why Khanmigo isn't available in my country?

As of now, full access to Khanmigo is only available within the United States and the Free Teacher Tools are accessible from other countries, you can find more information about this in this article.  The plan is to expand and make Khanmigo available globally. We don't have a timeframe for this but that is the goal of our team!
