How could I remove the Skip button functionality so students do not use it just to check the answer and copy it to use it when they do again the practice exercises, quizzes, and tests?

Lately, I have seen that some students use the Skip function just to check the answer of an exercise, copy it down, and redo the practice exercises, quizzes, and tests, using such an information. Therefore, I was wondering if there is a way to turn off the Skip button functionality to avoid cheating.
