progress tracker

my child has been doing very well on many of her assignments. After many of her assignments or quizes she has been getting 100%. this shows when she clicks on that lesson, however; on her progress tracker it shows she's either done poorly like a 2/4 or something like that and has spent 0 minutes on her assignment. Again, if you click on the assignment you can see she has achieved 100% and is doing really well. What is going on, and does this affect her learning outcome?
