Someone I know lost access to his Khan Academy account, what can he do?

Someone I know had a Khan Academy account, but his computer broke, and he lost access to his computer. He did not finish backing up his account, so he cannot regain access.

Could you please let me know if he can regain his account?

If he knows the password and username (or e-mail if he has none), he can login on a different computer.
