I’ve reviewed the issue you’re reporting and it looks like you’ve assigned content on Google Classroom instead of Khan Academy. This is where the issue lies:

When you share content from Khan Academy to Google Classroom and create the assignments there, these are not assigned to your class on Khan Academy (just in your Google Classroom).

In this case, Khan Academy cannot provide feedback or share a score on your Teacher Dashboard when completing the assignments. The progress will, however, be added to their Individual Progress report.

That said, I highly encourage you to create a class on Khan Academy and import your Google Classroom roster. You'll be able to create assignments for your students, track their progress, get assignment reports, and more— all within Khan Academy.
